Well, the kids have headed back to school (yeah!) and the air is a little warmer!

God has greatly blessed our families throughout this past Christmas season. We look forward to keeping the Christmas spirit alive all through 2011 (and beyond). here are a few updates to get us back into our "normal" routine.

* Kid's Klub - Sunday January 9, 2011 - 12:15pm -2:15pm
We are in need of a family to provide lunch for this Kid's Klub (something simple and easy). We also need someone to assist Christin with the kids - please email me at madeline@trinityjb.org is you are able to help with either or both.

* Big Picture 101 - Sunday January 9, 2011 - 12:20pm
Big Picture 101 is a meeting specially designed for folks to learn more about Trinity and the United Methodist Church as a whole. It is ideal for those who are new to the church as well as those who would like a refresher course. After attending this meeting you will be invited to become a member here at Trinity. Child Care is Provide.

* Kid's Khoir begins next Tuesday evening, January 11th at 5pm in the choir room with Ms. Joyce.
If you have signed up, please be sure to have your kids there - Ms. Joyce will be expecting you. If you have not signed up your children yet, please consider doing so. Kid's Khoir will run for only 9-10 weeks and the Kid;s will put on a big performance at the end (Match 27th). Then they will take a break and start up  again a few months later. If you would like to sign-up but have not done so yet, please email me at madeline@trinityjb.org.

* Habitat for Humanity Potluck Dinner, Wednesday January 12th at 5:30pm
Once again we will be hosting students from the Collegiate Challenge program who are visiting Florida for a week to work on a Habitat build. We have really enjoyed meeting them in the past. Please bring a dish to share and join us for this inspiring event.

* Divinity Series - Budgeting and Money Management - Beginning January 14th - 6pm-8pm

I strongly urge you to consider attending this series. Susan Boone (CPA) and Susan Engle (Retired Bank Exec) who are two of the most loving Christian women I know, will lead us in this practical divinity workshop. We will explore how to balance all of our financial needs and concerns, no matter our situation in life. I will definitely be attending this workshop and I hope that you will join us. Child Care will be provided.
